Grooming and clipping a dog requires much stamina, expertise and patience. We operate a NO CRUELTY POLICY. Our experience includes veterinary nursing, canine behaviour, canine psychology and massage. Helen recently completed the Holistic Health for Animals course too which covered areas of aromatherapy, so prepare yourself for some wonderful essential oil smells when you come in. With a passion for pets, you can be rest assured that your pooch will be in safe hands whilst in our care.
Our grooming salon is NOW fully air conditioned offering both staff and pets a comfortable environment. The salon has also recently had an overhaul after changing ownership back in February
.
In addition to a full grooming service, we can take care of your pet for the day if you are:
*moving house
*have an appointment at the hospital
*faced with an unexpected emergency
*or are a Christchurch Day Tripper (we regularly have visitors in from Hanmer, Akaroa and even Hokitika!) We'll look after your dog while you trawl the shops and do the million jobs you have on your list. We'll even take them for a wee walk too.

Appointment cancellation policy - Please give a minimum of 24-48 hours notice should you need to cancel. This will give another pet the opportunity to be groomed.
